Inside Sales Engineer – International Sales

Werklocatie: FCI Europe BV, Persephonestraat 3-01, 5047 TT Tilburg, Netherlands  GEEN VISUMSPONSORING

We zijn op zoek naar een Inside Sales Engineer om ons team in Tilburg te versterken. Deze functie omvat het aannemen van inkomende gesprekken, technische ondersteuning en ondersteuning in het boeken van orders via onze eigen online portal. De Inside Sales Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het snel en effectief afhandelen van klantvragen en zal actief onderzoek en/of intern ondersteuning zoeken indien noodzakelijk.

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken

  1. Opbouw van een goede verstandhouding met klanten en distributiekantoren in de regio Europe, CIS en Afrika
  2. Klantenspecificaties beoordelen en een passende technische en commercieel voorstel indienen in samenspraak met de lokale distributiekantoren
  3. Doorlopende verkoop, online portal, product en applicatie training geven aan distributiekantoren. Zowel online als tijdens de periodieke workshops die worden gegeven op het FCI Europe kantoor
  4. Beoordeel offerteaanvragen van klanten en maak offertes die voldoen aan de technische en commerciële behoeften van de klant en spreek deze door met het lokale distributiekantoor
  5. Werk samen met FCI-engineering, quality- en project management om project specifieke documenten (tekeningen, procedures, productieschema’s, etc.) samen te stellen en in te dienen volgens het afgesproken document lever schema.


Kwalificaties en vaardigheden:

  1. Opleiding: HBO Bachelor Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Industriële automatisering
  2. Ervaring: 0 – 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
  3. Persoonlijk: hands-on benadering, toegewijd aan uitbreiding en succes van het bedrijf, zelflerend en proactief
  4. Kennis: de mogelijkheid om het ERP-systeem en online bestelsoftware van het bedrijf te leren kennen en moet praktische kennis hebben van Microsoft Office-software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Kennis van industriële automatisering, instrumentatie of procesbesturing is een pluspunt.
  6. Communicatie: effectief en professioneel communiceren in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
